FACULTY: ULTRA: How do I download all submissions from an assignment?

In order to download all submissions from a particular assignment, you must be in the "grid" view of Gradebook.

  1. Click the Grid button in the top left of the Gradebook page
  2. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail) Click the header column of the Assignment and choose Download Submissions from the list
  3. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)On the Download Assessment Files page, check off the attempts you wish to download, then click Create ZIP File
  4. You'll receive an email with a link when the ZIP file is ready
