BSU uses Microsoft Office 365 for both student and employee email. For instructions on how to access your BSU email account from the web, go to the section that corresponds with whether you are a BSU student or employee.
Student
BSU Students can access their BSU email either directly or using the Student Portal. To access email directly, go to https://email.bridgew.edu. To access the portal, go to http://mybsu.bridgew.edu/.
If using the Student Portal: From the Student Portal, click Email from the left menu. If prompted, login with your BSU credentials (full BSU email address and password). You may need to have access to your configured MFA device to receive a phone call, SMS text message, or approve the login using the Authenticator app for additional verification.

Employee
BSU Employees can access their BSU email using Office 365 by doing the following:
- Go to https://outlook.office.com or https://email.bridgew.edu
- Log in by entering BSUusername@bridgew.edu (your full BSU email address) and your BSU password. You may need to have access to your configured MFA device to receive a phone call, SMS text message, or approve the login using the Authenticator app for additional verification.
