Regrettably, BSU cannot issue refunds for any print jobs sent to WEPA, even in cases of defective pages or accidental printing. However, refunds can be handled by WEPA Technical Support for defective prints. Please contact Wepa using the instructions on the Refund Procedure for Defective Prints page on the Wepa website.
