FACULTY: ULTRA: Adding a link to Online Course Evaluation

If you have a course that has been selected to use an online course evaluation, your students will receive emails with a link to complete the evaluation. You can also add a link to your Blackboard Ultra course site to help students reach the evaluation. To do so, follow these steps: 

  1. Open Blackboard and enter the course site that will be evaluated
  2. On the right side of the screen, click the View Course & Institution Tools link under Books & Tools
  3. Click the + next to Course Evaluations. This will add the Course Evaluation item to your course siteUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. When ready, make the evaluation available to students by choosing Visible to students from the visibility drop-down menu Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. You can test the link when your evaluation is open, you should see the same options you do if you click the link you received in your email from the evaluation team
