How to Print with WEPA by Email

Need to print something fast? Just email your files to WEPA and pick them up at any campus print station—no app needed.

Step 1: Start a New Email

  • Use your BSU email address linked to your WEPA account.

  • In the To field, type: print@wepanow.com

Step 2: Attach Your Files

Add the files you want to print. Supported file types include:

  • Documents: .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf, .rtf

  • Images: .jpg, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff

Note: Maximum file size is 50 MB (your email provider may have limits too).

Step 3: Pick Your Print Settings

By default, your print will be black & white and single-sided.

To print in color or double-sided, type these keywords on the first line of your email message:

  • color — print in color

  • duplex — print double-sided

Tip: These settings apply to all files in the email. Want different settings for different files? Send separate emails.

Step 4: Special PowerPoint Settings (Optional)

If you’re printing PowerPoint slides, you can customize the layout by adding these keywords in the email body:

  • handout2 — 2 slides per page

  • handout4 — 4 slides per page

  • handout6 — 6 slides per page

  • outline — outline view only

  • notes — notes pages

Step 5: Send Your Email

Once you’ve attached your files and added any print settings, hit <Send>.

Step 6: Check Your Email for Confirmation

You will get an automatic reply within a few minutes telling you:

  • Which files uploaded successfully

  • What print settings will be used

  • Your WEPA release code if you’re not signed into a WEPA account

Your files will be ready in your print queue. Just log in at a print station to release your job.
