FACULTY: ULTRA: How can I reuse test questions and copy test banks to another Ultra course?

CREATING A NEW QUESTION BANK FROM EXISTING COURSE TESTS:

To export questions from an existing test or imported test, you have the option of manually adding them to the course's question bank.

1. In your course, select the Manage Banks option from the course's left-hand menu.

2. Create a new Question Bank by clicking the purple (+) icon and selecting New. You can rename the bank at any time by clicking on its title or add an optional description.

3. Click the purple (+) icon and you can manually create questions by choosing one of the selection types. For questions that are already part of an existing test in the course, choose the Reuse questions option.

4. The Reuse Question option will pop up with a listing of all test assessments in the course site. You may then select questions from (1) a specific assessment or bank, (2) by question type, or (3) from a list of all available questions in the course.

5. When you have selected all of the questions that you want, click the copy questions button at the bottom of the page to add them to the new question bank.
