This guide walks faculty through recording live Zoom sessions in designated HyFlex classrooms and sharing those recordings directly with students via Blackboard Ultra.
Important Note:
All classrooms on campus are equipped with at least a webcam, allowing you to record yourself using the front-end computer station. However, six designated “HyFlex” classrooms are equipped with more advanced audio/video recording technology. These rooms include:
-
DMF 242
-
HRT 116
-
HRT 212
-
HRG 204
-
LIB 204
-
LIB 205
If you’d like to teach in one of the HyFlex rooms, please contact the Registrar’s Office to make arrangements.
