Email: I'm missing an email

If you are having difficulty finding an email, please check in the following places:

  • Check all folders including Junk
  • Check Junk Email options for blocked senders (see Email: Junk Email Settings for more information)
  • You might have Focused Inbox enabled.  If so, please select the Other option above your message list.

Other Inbox list

  • Check your Quarantine by following the instructions at Email: Find and release quarantined messages in Office 365
  • Search for the missing email using the Web version of Outlook that can be found here -
  • If you still can’t find the message you're seeking, please contact the IT Service Center with the following information:
    • Sender's email address
    • Date email was sent
    • The Subject line
